Marbella Villas was founded in 1997 with a simple idea: that buying a home on the Costa del Sol should feel as good as living here. Since then we have guided buyers through every kind of market, from the quiet streets of the old town to the grand estates of the Golden Mile, Nueva Andalucía and Benahavís.

Today we focus on what we know best: villas. We sell them, we build them and we renovate them. Rather than listing everything, we select properties with care and represent them properly – with honest advice, accurate information and the local context that only years on the coast can give.

When the right villa doesn’t exist, we help clients create it – or transform one that almost fits. With our construction partner, M2 Casas, we take projects from a bare plot or a dated villa to a finished home, with one team responsible from start to finish.
