Marbella

Marbella is known to be the favourite destination for the rich and the famous. It is an international city but also with a large local population. Especially the old town is famous for its narrow streets, shops, galleries, bars and, not least, Plaza de Los Naranjos. The gastronomic scenario is second to none and the beaches as well.

A little higher up you find Nagüeles Quarry, a quarry from where many stones have been taken to build churches and also the famous Puerto Banús. Today the famous Starlite Festival is held in the quarry every summer, always with a host of famous singers and musicians.

Sierra Blanca

Sierra Blanca is named after Sierra Blanca Mountain and is about 300 m above sea level. The view here is breath-taking over the Mediterranean Sea to Africa as well as Marbella's green and lush Golden Mile while all service and all facilities very close in the centre of Marbella.

Puerto Banús

Puerto Banús is known as the playground of Costa del Sol for the rich and famous who come here for the beaches, the clubs and the vibrant nightlife. It is often you can spot a pop star or reality star as well as exclusive cars and huge yachts. The port is located just west of Marbella and just before the charming little town of San Pedro.

Nueva Andalucía

Nueva Andalucía is the largest area belonging to Marbella. As its name suggests, villas and apartments are traditional Andalusian architecture and design. The area is also build by José Banús Mas right after he finished Puerto Banús back in 1968. Today the area is popular due to the large residential areas, the relatively easy access to the A7 and Marbella and the short taxi ride home from the nightlife in Puerto Banús.

San Pedro de Alcántara

Ideally located only 10 km from Marbella’s glitz and glamour, 20 km from Estepona and even shorter distance to Puerto Banús. The city is refreshingly unspoiled with the Plaza de la Iglesia with the graceful church and surrounding narrow streets with a wealth of shops, cafes and bars while only a few minutes’ drive from the beautiful Sierra de Ronda mountains.

Guadalmina

Conveniently situated only 10 minutes from Puerto Banús, 15 minutes from Estepona and even shorter to San Pedro. The area is located at Guadalmina river, which is the border between Marbella and Estepona and the area is divided into Baja and Alta of the A7 / 340 coast road. Here are two 18-hole golf courses and 3 more close by. There are also three international schools close by.

About 15 minutes east of the centre of Marbella you find Elviria and here many of the properties are in walking distance to the beach. It is an area with all amenities and entertainment and it is also close to the port of Cabopino.

Las Chapas

Here you find Nikki Beach Club, in the garden of the Don Carlos Hotel. There is no shortage of famous and glamorous people on the beach in Las Chapas. Cabopino / Puerto de Cabopino

Cabopino is situated between Marbella and Benalmádena. The port here is much smaller than in Benalmádena and is often overlooked because it is not visible from the road but it has its very own Mediterranean style with good restaurants and bars.
